Verification (KYC)

The password is rejected

Check caps lock and autofill first, then use the reset link. Several failed attempts can lock an account for a while, so contact support rather than trying again and again.

The account is locked or restricted

A restriction usually relates to verification, a duplicate account or the country of registration. Ask support for the reason in writing and keep the reply.
